How can I keep my self under control?

I am 20 years old. You can say i have a temper problem. Thing is that although I have many problems everyday, all day long, including my GF that is pregnant (not a problem to em, I am very happy actually, but she is a bit out of control too), job problems, and family problems, I don't discount in anyone my problems. But sometimes I just lose control and do something I regret later. I can't control myself. For example yesterday, ended up smashing the door open. May sound stupid now, but still.








Does anyone have a good advice? Shrinks don't work, I am part Irish.How can I keep my self under control?
Looking for good advice??? Hey stupid, the advice is just within yourself and no one can tell you what to do bacause you know exactly what to do, just like you know wrong from right. l'm sure you will never pick an advice unless you conquer yourselfHow can I keep my self under control?
Ask Jehovah's witnesses when next they knock at your door. They've helped me with stuff like that.
think peaceful thoughts.think of things that make you happy. enjoy pastimes like watch a movie or exercise.go out for a drive. there are things you can do.all you have to do is find which works best with you.
stop drinking
Don't listen to them drinking isn't the problem you just need an outlet like boxing. That guy on miami ink said he had an anger issue until he started kickboxing. You can't stop being angry but it has to be released properly or you wind up in trouble.
its ok we all get angry sometimes so it's normal human emotion but it's important to come back to normal state of mind... instead of getting angry next time and getting the temptation to smash things, why dont you smash a pilow or try boxing classes in order to release anger or just simply listen to your favorite music or dance with your GF lol... in conclusion, release your anger in positive ways... if you try to do this, it will be better.... gl
Being Irish is not an excuse. You have no excuse. Controlling your behavior is on your shoulders. It is stupid to think that any other person can control your behavior when you are the only one living inside your body. You know what is right and what is wrong so do the right thing even if you have to walk out of the room or bite your tongue until it bleeds. Do what you have to do so you are in control and not your dark side..
take up drinking....k j/k, when i am feeling stressed and ready to freak out on someone i go and sit by myself in a dark room and just listen to my breathing. after a while i get lost in my breathing and forget about the **** that was bothering me...also i journal a lot to get things out that dont necessarily have to be spoken to anyone, i find that helps too! good luck buddy

other than that just try talking it out with someone
