it might work better than messing around with your registryHow to remove unwanted programs if they are not removed even after trying in the control panel?
Virus Response Lab 2009, or VirusResponse Lab 2009, or simply VirusResponseLab2009, is a counterfeit anti-spyware / anti-malware software. It is believed that VirusResponse Lab 2009 is a clone of the recent Virus Lab 2009 to have been encountered recenlty. VirusResponse Lab 2009 usually come up after you installed a video codec that come with Trojan, malware and virus.

it is extremely important to remove VirusResponse Lab 2009 from your computer. You can try SpyHunter* Spyware Detection Utility, which is very intuitive and highly efficient. VirusResponse Lab 2009 can be removed automatically. If you are familiar with registry edit and dll files in Windows, you could try the VirusResponse Lab 2009 manual removal instructions. It might take time and patience, but it is equally effective if you get it right.
you can delete the files manually and then use regedit to clean it out of teh registry manually. There are a lot of programs that are like this. They just dont uninstall cleanly. Be careful using regedit, you can damage your computer completely. You can do a search in the registy and remove those entries.
You can try to look through the list of installed programs and see if there are any suspicious wierd name and try to uninstall them. Then delete temorary files cookies. Run anti-virus too. You should try to clean up the system on your computer. Back up your fies first though
its probably written itself into your system files anyway but the folder should be in Windows or Program files .. you'll have to search manually and right click %26amp; delete. other than that you could be looking at FDISk ... start backing up your files to CD .. sharpish
You can use dedicated uninstalling softwares like advanced uninstaller pro. But you have to pay for this. If you look for freewares, try this software -- Revo uninstaller

Download, update %26amp; run a full scan with this deleting whatever it finds
