What is the best herbal product to control diabetes? or is there a cure for it?

I have diabetes from last 8 years. I need to know about best herbal product which I can use it in my diet plans which can either cure or keep my Blood Sugar level in control. between 70-110 fasting and 110-160 random. Do you have any suggestions please?What is the best herbal product to control diabetes? or is there a cure for it?

The sugar level will certainly come down. Eat plenty of cucumber before meal to quench your thrust and to fill your empty stomach. Cucumbers are considered and proved to be very good for diabetic patients. Diabetic patients are always hungry to eat but can not eat all. Avoid banana, mango, custard apple and sweets like ice cream, pastry and cold drinks totally. If you are insulin dependent, even eating rice would be very harmful. You can eat fruits like guava, pineapple, pomegranate, papaya, muskmelon and watermelon. Taking one tea-spoon Fenugreek powder and quarter tea-spoon cinnamon powder on empty stomach, before breakfast daily, would be beneficial to diabetic patients. Regular brisk walking for one hour daily would be the best ideal medicine for diabetic patients. Cut down on non-vegetarian, fast, spicy and oily food, aerated cold drinks and foods rich in calories. Correct constipation. Avoid alcohol and tobacco also. Tea and coffee are also bad for health because they promote calcium excretion from the body and calcium loss from bones. there is no cure yet for diabetes. If you are a borderline diabetic you can use diet and exercise to help keep blood glucose down. If you run high often though, you need to see a doctor and get some medicine.
I've had type 2 diabetes for five years and I control it with diet. My physician told me to eat 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon each day. It is very effective to keep blood glucose levels evern.

There is no cure currently only control. My family is prone to it also. some herbs that have always helped are cinnamon in your coffee in the morning, some may tell you not to drink coffee but anything that boosts your metabolism ( in moderation) is ok. also dandylion extract and sunflower oil and lemon in cooking and drinks. Oh, and aloe vera juice to help cleanse your system. all available at a natural food store or a herbal market.
there is no cure for diabetes. are u type one or two? i didn't know there was an herbal to control sugar. however i think the best way to control is to exercise and watch what you eat. you also should know your foods because there are so many foods that turn into sugar..like carrots....i didn't know that...it's very hard and i wish you luck. i too am diabetic and have no insurance and well i guess i am on my own.
