You could attempt to either directly connect to YouTube's server's IP address or use a proxy. For parental controls, proxies have a slim chance of working, however. If that doesn't work, crack your parent's password. You could also try using a different Explorer, i.e. use Firefox or Safari instead of Internet Explorer, but if this is a computer-wide security system (like McAfee or Norton), this will not work.
it depends on the parental block that is being used. if you go to the website does it ask for permission... you may need a password to unblock it. that is how mine is setup.
