Just be nice and polite and not to trust too much....more than often it is not safe to really make friendships in the office. The less they know you the less things they will use against you later on. Just be nice to them and be professional. Make good in anything that you do. If they see that you are handling things professionally, and you are just doing your job they will respect you. Do not win them by submitting to what they want and be a gossip. You will just end up being like them.How you can avoid %26amp; stay friendly under control to officemates that will cause u troubles,much more u are new?
Keep your mouth shut. If your coworkers aren't nice, anything you say could come back to haunt you. Be friendly and most of all professional. Before you open your mouth, think to yourself, ';would I repeat this to my boss?';.
