They are being planted in an area where I can't have them growing larger than 12 ft. tall or taller. Any suggestion would be great.Wanting to plant some Queen Palm trees and would like to know how to control the growth?
Plant the trees in a bury container. If the tree is 3 feet tall and you want the trees to grow to 9 feet, the container should be three times larger than what it's in now (assuming the tree is from a nursery)....thus allowing the roots to become root bound and stunting the growth of the tree. It will grow to about 12 feet by the time it's root bound. I have never tried this, but, it sounds good!
